We are one of the few practices in Suffolk to have the skilled staff and advanced equipment to be able to take referrals for complex procedures. We pride ourselves on being able to accept new cases quickly and get excellent outcomes for our patients.
All of our procedures are performed by our own vets, in house. This means that you will be speaking directly to the vet performing the procedure, and they will look after you and your pet throughout.
Our free of charge referral consultations are booked for at least 30 minutes, longer if needed, so you can ask as many questions as you like.

Enquiries can be made by you as the pet owner or by the vet who is currently looking after your pet. The first step is to organise an initial consultation with one of the vets. This is entirely free and no-obligation.
Our vet will guide you through the options available, giving you the pros and cons of each and the costs involved so you can come to an agreement together about the best way forward.
