Out Of Hours Care

At The Woodbridge Vets, we know how important continuity of care is to you and your pets, that's why we have the same vet continuity so you can see the same vet as much as possible throughout treatment within normal working hours. Our dedicated team of 5 vets and 7 nurses work tirelessly to ensure that any pet requiring intensive care or recovering from surgery receives the attention they need.

Inpatient Care:

If your pet is sick and presents to us in hours or has undergone surgery with us, we will make every effort to keep them on site and provide continuous care at our clinic as long as this is clinically appropriate. A member of our team will stay overnight to monitor and tend to your pet, ensuring they receive the best possible care during their recovery.

Emergency Out-of-Hours Care:

While we strive to provide round-the-clock care for our inpatients, we understand that emergencies can happen at any time. Unfortunately, due to our size, it is not feasible for us to operate a 24/7 on-call service. To address this, we partner with Midnight Vet, a trusted out-of-hours emergency service.

MiNightVet:

For any emergencies that occur outside of our regular clinic hours, MiNightVet is available to provide expert veterinary care at Melton Vets across the road. They have dedicated night staff on site continuously out of hours are equipped to handle a wide range of urgent medical situations.

Should your pet require immediate attention when our clinic is closed, please call 01394 802803, you will be forwarded to MiNightVet. Their team is ready to assist you and provide the critical care your pet needs.
